The Adhesion Promoter for Stone and Concrete ensures a long-lasting UV resin application on your surfaces.

This Adhesion Promoter lets the natural beauty of the stone or concrete come through while promoting the adhesion of subsequent resin layers. It offers increased bonding strength of the next UV curable coat.

This coating has a high viscosity (HV) for a thicker finish with bridgeable characteristics. In addition, this product provides superior resistance to contaminants that may be present on your surfaces surface, and to loss of product due to absorption.

The Adhesion Promoter applied on concrete prevents the darkening effect that occurs when UV coatings are applied directly to its surface.

This product requires curing with a medium pressure mercury UV System producing at least 500 mW cm2 of intensity. We recommend utilizing our Total-Cure1100s or the Total-Cure 2400 or a medium pressure mercury UV Curing Conveyor for optimal results.

Application:

It should be applied to a wet thickness of 0.5 to 2.0 mil and should be allowed to air dry for 30 to 45 minutes or until dry to touch.

Do not UV cure.

Do not sand or abrade.

Can be applied by spray, brush, roll, or saturated cloth wiping methods.
